Spring growth also shows Swansea's emerging £135m Copr Bay Phase One district, hosting three new business lettings, illustrating the region’s strength in the food and hospitality sector.

Copr Bay phase one is being part-funded by the Swansea Bay City Deal – an investment of up to £1.3bn in nine major programmes and projects across the Swansea Bay City Region. The new bridge over Oystermouth Road is being part-funded by The Welsh Government through the Active Travel initiative.

Rob Stewart, Swansea Council Leader
Cllr Rob Stewart, Swansea Council Leader, said: “The council’s vision for Copr Bay has always been that of delivering a scheme that would champion those who work and live in this city – and this landmark new destination is doing just that.”1

Parc Felindre 40 acre site offers large plots of business land. It is a major strategic serviced site, convenient to the key M4  motorway, the fast lane for London and the rest of the UK. Plots are available immediately from 0.96 to 4.32 acres.

Parc Felindre is an ideal business park for growth, for those companies who enjoy an existing Wales based location, those businesses who need to expand with self determined property, and those in space sensitive sectors who need a quality location for their staff or product.
