Five miles to the north of Swansea City Centre in the region known as Swansea Bay, Parc Felindre, a quality environment for business, is one of the largest development opportunities in South Wales.

site features

Parc Felindre extends to 43 hectares (106 acres) in total. Of this, up to 16 hectares (39.5 acres) of employment land is available in 12 fully serviced plots ranging in size from 0.5 to 2 hectares (1.2 to 4.9 acres). Parc Felindre has direct access from Junction 46 of the M4 and is served by a circular access road – to be named Ffordd Parc Felindre.

Landscaped to a high standard, ample car parking is directly linked to each plot. Plots are immediately available. The site is flexible – ideal for expanding businesses and major inward investment.

Parc Felindre

background

Decommissioned in 1989, the former Felindre tin plate works has been developed as a Strategic Business Park through a Joint Venture between Swansea Council and the Welsh Government. β€œThe transformation in recent years (of Felindre Tinplate Works) has been nothing short of remarkable. It shows what can be achieved by working in close partnership with the Welsh Government on a scheme for the improvement of not just Swansea, but for the Swansea Bay City Region as a whole.”

Cllr Robert Francis-Davies, Swansea Council's Cabinet Member for Culture, Tourism & Major Projects
